芪连温胆汤联合二甲双胍、格列齐特治疗消渴病对照观察

Qilian Wendan Decoction Combined with Metformin,Gliclazide in the Treatment of Diabetes Control Observation

[目的]观察芪连温胆汤联合二甲双胍、格列齐特治疗消渴病疗效。[方法]使用对照观察方法,将90例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法随机分为两组,对照组45例①二甲双胍片,0.25g/次,2次/d;②格列齐特缓释片,30mg/次,1次/d。治疗组45例芪连温胆汤(黄芪12g,黄连、半夏、竹茹各9g,枳实6g,茯苓、陈皮各9g,生姜3g,炙甘草6g;口渴明显加花粉、麦冬各9g;头晕胸闷舌质暗加丹、山楂各9g;大便溏泄加白术、党参、山药各9g;烦躁失眠不安加郁金、白芍各9g,酸枣仁12g;尿多而混浊加山萸肉、益智仁各10g)1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效30例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率93.30%。对照组显效24例,有效11例,无效10例,总有效率77.80%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。FBG、2hPG、HbA1c治疗组改善优于对照组。[结论]芪连温胆汤联合二甲双胍、格列齐特治疗消渴病,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Western medicine treatment with the control group, continuous treatment with 30d for I courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose （ FBG ）, 2h postprandial blood glucose （2hPG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. 30 cases of group therapy. [Results] 12 cases were effective, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 93.30%. The control group was 24 cases, effective 11 cases, invalid 10 cases, the total efficiency of 77.80%. The treatment group was better than control group. FBG, 2hPG, HbAlc of the treatment group was better than the control group. [ Conclusion ] Qilian Wendan Decoction Combined with metformin, gliclazide in the treatment of diabetes, satisfaction, no side effect, is worth promoting.
