滋阴清热汤联合门冬胰岛素泵注入治疗糖尿病随机平行对照研究

Mendong Heat Pump Injection Combined Ziyin Decoction Diabetes Insulin do Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察滋阴清热汤联合门冬胰岛素泵注入治疗糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将58例住院患者按随机数字表分为两组。滋阴清热汤,1剂/d,水煎100mL,2次/d。对照组29例精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液,40μ/次,1次/d,皮下注射。治疗组29例门冬胰岛素,泵注入,20μ/次。二组同时另加服中药。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿白蛋白、肾功能、血钾、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率89.66%。对照组显效14例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率72.41%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。相关指标均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]门冬胰岛素做泵注入联合滋阴清热汤治疗糖尿病效果显著,值得推广。

[ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 58 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. Ziyin heat soup, l/d, water frying, 100mL, 2 times/ d.The control group of 29 cases of protamine biosynthetic human insulin injection 1 times/d, 40~t/second, subcutaneous injection. Winter insulin treatment group 29 cases door, do pump injection, 20~t/second. Two groups at the same time plus service medicine. Continuous treatment of 60d 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, urinary albumin, renal function, potassium, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 1 treatment course, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group （ 20 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 89.66%. Effective 7 cases, control group 14 cases had marked effect, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 72.41%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Related indexes were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Door winter heat pump injection combined ziyin decoction diabetes insulin do effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
