小陷胸汤联合西药治疗急性心肌梗死随机平行对照研究

Small Chest Soup Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察小陷胸汤联合西药治疗急性心肌梗死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按抽签的方式平均分为两组。对照组50例常规西医,抗凝、抗血小板、β受体阻滞剂、他汀类药物、ACEI以及硝酸酯等。阿司匹林肠溶片,100mg/次,1次/d。治疗组50例小陷胸汤,黄连5g,半夏、赤芍、郁金各10g,海藻、瓜蒌各15g,丹参30g,熟大黄6g。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血脂、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,显效11例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率94.00%。对照组痊愈17例,显效13例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血脂两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]小陷胸汤联合西药治疗急性心肌梗死效果显著,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the small chest soup combined western medicine curative effect in treatment of acute myocardial infarction. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of clinic patients according to the lottery, on average, divided into two groups. Treatment group （ 50 cases of small chest soup, HuanglianSg, Banxia, Chishao, Yujin every 10g, Haizao, Guakui each 15g, Danshen 30g, Shudahuang 6g. I/d, Fried 200 ml water, morning and evening oral, western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood lipids, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ~ The treatment group （ 26 cases cured, 11 cases had marked effect, 10 cases were effective, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 94.00%. Control group cure of 17 cases, 13 cases had marked effect, 12 cases effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 84.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Blood lipid in the two groups were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] The small chest soup combined western medicine treatment of acute myocardial infarction effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
