报告1例针药结合神灯照射治疗舌咽神经痛。取风池、合谷、人迎、廉泉、列缺、照海、上关、颊车、支沟、颈部阿是穴,0.25mm×40mm毫针针刺,强刺激,留针30min,1次/d,结合神灯照射;配合芪血通络片治疗,疼痛大为缓解,脉象由弦紧转为和缓,舌质淡,苔白,睡眠、饮食基本恢复正常;续针1个疗程,原方加悬钟、三阴交、太冲,睡眠、饮食完全正常,偶有咳嗽时咽部微痛。停针观察,一切正常,随访1年,未复发。操作简便,起效快,疗效好。
