慢性阻塞性肺疾病属中医学"咳嗽"、"喘证""、肺胀"范畴,发病多以咳、痰、喘、胀、等为主要症状,病理性质为本虚标实,辨证论治时或偏重于虚,或偏重于实,或虚实兼顾。中医药介入慢性阻塞性肺疾病的防治已成为近年研究热点,从中医病因病机、辨证分型、治法及实验研究方面,对目前中医药研究进展作一综述。
