2006—2012年云南省疾病监测点居民伤害死因分析

Cause of fatal injuries among residents in disease surveillance spots in Yunnan Province From 2006-2012

目的探讨云南省居民伤害死亡情况和死因，为采取干预措施提供基础数据。方法对云南省6个国家疾病监测点2006--2012年居民死亡监测资料，用描述流行病学方法进行伤害死亡情况和死因分析。结果2006--2012年7年间，云南省疾病监测点居民伤害的死亡率为75．16／10万-89．21／10万，平均死亡率为84．01／10万，标化死亡率为87．80／10万；男性死亡率是女性的2．4倍；前5位死因依次为意外跌落、自杀、机动车辆交通事故、意外中毒和溺死。结论伤害是云南省疾病监测点居民主要死亡原因之一，是危害中老年人群健康和生命的最主要的危险因素，政府应尽早把伤害纳入疾病预防控制规划，采取有效措施实施干预。

[ Objective] To analyze the mortality and cause of fatal injuries among residents, and provide basic data for adopting in- terventions in Yunnan Province. [ Methods] Data on death from the 6 national disease surveillance spots in Yunnan Province from 2006-2012 was used to analyze the mortality and cause of fatal injuries by descriptive epidemiology method. [ Results ] From 2006-2012, the mortality of fatal injuries was 75. 16/100 00-89. 21/100 000, 84. 01/100 000 of average mortality and 87.80/100 000 of standardized mortality among residents in disease surveillance spots in Yunnan Province. The male injury mortal- ity was 2.4 times of the female. The five leading cause of fatal injuries was fails, suicide, motor vehicle accidents, accidental poi- soning and drown. [ Conclusion] Injury is one of the main death causes in Yunnan Province and is the most important risk factor for the aged and senior citizens. Injury intervention should be included in disease control program by the government.
