唐山市路北区儿童家长对社区预防接种服务的满意度

Investigation on the satisfaction toward community vaccination service of children's parents in Lubei District of Tangshan City

目的了解儿童家长对社区预防接种服务满意度情况,对唐山市路北区6所社区卫生服务中心预防接种服务满意度的指标进行综合评价。方法于2012年10—12月份随机抽取辖区内的720名儿童家长进行问卷调查,并将调查结果采用秩和比法进行统计分析。结果预防接种服务满意度好的是大里社区;预防接种服务满意度中等的是祥荣里、鹭港和凤凰园社区;预防接种服务满意度差的是龙东和果园社区。结论运用秩和比法分析预防接种服务满意度,能够直观地反映唐山市社区预防接种服务满意度的的综合水平。

[ Objective ] To understand the satisfaction toward community vaccination service of children＇s parents, comprehensively evaluate the vaccination satisfaction indexes in 6 community health service centers of Lubei District in Tangshan City. [ Methods] The questionnaire survey was conducted among 720 children＇s parents who were randomly collected in Lubei District from October to December 2012. The survey results were statistically analyzed by RSR method. [ Results] The satisfaction toward community vacci- nation service in Dali Community was the best, followed by Xiangrongli Community, Lugang Community and Fenghuangyuan Com- munity, and the satisfactions in Longdong Community and Guoyuan Community were the worst. [ Conclusion] The vaccination saris- faction evaluated by RSR analysis can intuitively reflect the comprehensive level of satisfaction toward community vaccination service in Tangshan City.
