通过对箱包加工工艺的调查,识别、分析箱包生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,依据工作场所环境状况、有毒物质特性、危害程度,结合危害因数,选择、佩戴指定防护因数合适的呼吸防护用品,可避免或减少箱包加工过程中职业中毒的发生,佩戴呼吸防护用品是预防箱包加工职业中毒重要的辅助措施。

Through the analysis on technology of suitcase and bag manufacturing, the occupational hazards in production process are identified and analyzed. According to the workplace environment, toxic substance characteristics and harm degree, combined with hazard factor, it is necessary to choose and wear respiratory protective equipments with appropriate assigned protection factor, which can avoid or reduce the occupational poisoning during the production process of suitcase and bag. Wearing the respiratory protective equipments is the important auxiliary measure to prevent the occupational poisoning of suitcase and bag manufacturing.
