Curative effect observation on treating severe acute pancreatitis with nonoperative method

目的 探讨重症急性胰腺炎非手术治疗的效果。方法 比较两个不同时段重症急性胰腺炎住院病人的手术治疗和非手术治疗的疗效。结果 重症急性胰腺炎早期病人非手术治疗效果明显优于手术治疗。结论 重症急性胰腺炎病人应用非手术治疗措施可明显减少合并症,提高治愈率。

Objective To observe the curative effect of nonoperative method in treating severe acute pancre-atitis(SAP). Methods The curative effect of operative and nonoperative methods in treating inpatients with SAP in two different periods were compared. Results The curative effect of nonoperative method showed obvious advantage over the operative one. Conclusion For patieuts with SAP at early stage,a nonoperative therapeutic approach should be adopted. In this way,complications can be reduced and the cure rate increased.
