人蜕膜间质细胞内孕酮受体和催乳素的定位及表达

摘要 目的 研究孕酮受体和催乳素在人蜕膜间质细胞内的定位及表达。方法 应用免疫组化双染法定位人蜕膜间质细胞内孕酮受体和催乳素。结果 蜕膜化的间质细胞胞浆内呈催乳素阳性染色。在蜕膜间质细胞内,孕酮受体染色完全定位在胞核内。当用孕酮受体和催乳素双染时,产生催乳素的细胞显示微弱的孕酮受体染色,而催乳素阴性的细胞则有很强的孕酮受体染色。米非司酮治疗过的蜕膜内,催乳素染色减低,而组织内孕酮受体的染色则更强更广泛。结论 在人蜕膜间质细胞内,孕酮受体和催乳素的表达呈相反的关系,而米非司酮的治疗可以转变这种关系。 Objective To study localization and expression of progesterone receptor (PR) and prolactin (PRL) in stromal cells of human decidua. Methods To localization PR and PRL in stromal cells of human decidua using immunocytochemical double labeing method. Results Decidualized stromal cells were positively stained with PRL in cytoplasm. In dectdual stroma,PR staining was exclusively localized in the nuclei. When double staining with PR and PRL was performed,the PRL-producing cells exhibited weak PR staining, whereas PRL-negative cells evidenced stronger PR staining. In mifepristone-treated samples,decidual stroma became less stained with PRL,whereas PR staining in the tissue became more extensive and intensive. Conclusion The expression between PRL and PR in stromal cells of human decidua is an inverse relationship, which could be reversed by mifepristone-treated.
