摘要 重力纯度是蔗汁质量指标之一,对提高煮炼收回率具有十分重要的作用。本文阐述了重力纯度与蔗糖分的不同概念并探讨了两者的相关关系。但不同品种、不同成熟期和新鲜度的甘蔗,在同一蔗糖分水平上,其重力纯度却不同。甘蔗不新鲜是一种无形的损失。通过各种贮存试验分析:每日甘蔗重量损失1.0—1.15%;蔗糖分下降0.08 — 0.125×10^(-2);重力纯度下降0.5—1.10%。所以甘蔗砍收后尽可能迅速运送到糖厂,做到砍、运、榨一条龙互相密切配合。 The gravity purity(G.P.)is one of the indexes of the quality of cane juice,that plays an important role in the increment of boiling-house recovery. This paper expounds the concept between the G.P.and sucrose content, and inquire into the correlation between them.But the same sucrose content of different varieties of millable cane are not yet all equal in G.P.,so as the harvest seasons and the fresh degree of the canes. The losses of the stale canes are invisible.After a delay in one day,by various storage tests,the cutting stalks lose 1.0—1.15% in weight,reduced 0.08—0.125×10^(-2) in sucrose and 0.5—1.10% in G.P..So that the cutt- ing stalks must be kept fresh,after harvest,in transporting to sugar mill,by ship or lorry,as soon as possible.It must link up together among cutting, transporting and crushing as a chain of cooperation.
