摘要
目的 :预防口腔固定正畸酸蚀牙釉白斑的发生。方法 :在酸蚀前后分别用氟化泡沫对牙釉质进行氟化处理。结果 :经氟化处理的牙齿 ,釉白斑的发生率低于对照组 ,有显著性差异。结论 :氟化处理可降低口腔固定正畸患者釉白斑的发生率。
Aim:To prevent the fixed orthodontic etching from acid eroded enamel opaque spot.Method:Fluoridizing treatment was performed with fluoridation foam either before or after etching,to compare the effect of the treatment on the protection of orthodontic etching against enamel opaque spot.Result:The incidence of enamel opague spot in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control(untreated) group.Conclusion:Fluoridizing treatment of etching can reduce the incidence of enamal opaque spot after orthodontic etching.
