工学结合背景下的高职辅导员工作模式探析

On the Counselors' Working Mode in Higher Vocational College under the Background of Learning and Working Combination

高职院校"工学结合"人才培养模式,所涉及到的关系主体包括企业、高职院校以及学生三个方面。因此,在工学结合的背景下,对于高职辅导员的工作提出了全新的要求,有必要开展高职辅导员工作模式研究。本文以工学结合背景下的高职辅导员工作为研究对象,在全面分析的基础上,提出高职辅导员工作模式的创新的措施。

The cultivating mode of learning and working combination in vocational college comes to the relative subjects, including enterprise, vocational colleges and students. Therefore, during the back- ground of learning and working combination, new demands for counselors in vocational colleges ask us to carry out some research into working modes for them. The article, regarding counselors as researc- hing subjects, put some new measures after full analysis.
