摘要
以西藏大学为例,采用分层和随机抽样方法选取36节本科生课堂为样本,对西藏高校教师课堂行为进行参与观察研究。研究发现:讲授是西藏高校教师的主要课堂行为,教师讲授时间在40分钟以上的课堂占一半以上;从样本整体看,课堂讲授时间与提问次数、学生参与度相关;95%以上的教学问题由教师发起,师生一起回答或学生集体回答居多;75%的教师使用多媒体上课,板书占用课堂时间很少;教师基本能按时上下课,教师责任心和时间观念强。
This paper selects 36 undergraduate classrooms as samples with the method of stratifica- tion and random sampling. The result shows that teaching is the main classroom behavior of University of Tibet teachers, classroom teaching time of 40 minutes or more makes up more than half;on the whole, classroom teaching time and the number of questions are related to students' partieipation, above 95% problems are started by teachers, students and teachers together to answer or students collective answer account for the majority; 75% of the teachers use multi--media, while time of writing on the blackboard is little, Teachers can make the classes on time, and teachers have a strong sense of responsi bility and sense of time.
