高校学生业余党校要建立统分结合与多层级的班级管理模式,实现培训和教育管理的双重角色,才能充分发挥学生党员的示范作用。多层级的班级管理模式包括课程教学体系和班级日常管理体系。教学体系具体分为初级班、中级班、高级班、高级研修班,相对应有不同层次的课程教学。班级日常管理体系实行党校管理与班级管理相结合、党员自主管理的模式,具体包括班级干部队伍选拔和培养、班级制度和组织生活等。

Spare--time Party schools in college need to establish a special management mode--which combines the Unified and Decentralized Management System and multi--level class management to a- chieve the dual role of training and education management, fully exerting the exemplary role of student party members. The multi--level mode of class management includes the teaching system and the daily class management system. The teaching system is divided into elementary class, intermediate class, ad- vanced class, senior seminar, corresponding to different levels of courses teaching. The daily class man- agement system implements the mode of Party school management and class management, and self-- management of party members, including the selection and culture of class cadres, class systems and or- ganizational life.
