广东县域主体功能区划分的实践与探索——以广东博罗县为样本

Practice and Enquiries of Principal Function Region Division at County Level in Guangdong Province——The Case of Boluo County

通过功能分区、产业定位来提升整个区域的发展建设水平。综合考虑人口、资源、环境以及经济、社会和空间组合状况以进行空间规划,以广东省博罗县为例,选用土地资源、环境容量、人口集聚度、经济发展水平、交通优势度5个可计量指标项和战略选择一个可调控指标项,来探索广东县域主体功能分区。以期为依据空间发展类型的不同进行相应的产业和城镇空间布局和为制定不同的区域发展政策奠定基础。

Regional development can be improved via function division and industry orientation and spatial planning are comprehensively conducted by taking into account population size, resources, environment, econ- omy as well as the combination of society and space. This paper takes the case of Boluo County to explore the principal function division in Guangdong Province by employing the five measurable indexes of land resources, environment capacity, population density, level of economic development and transportation advantage and stra- tegically selecting an adjustable index. Consequently, this paper lays a solid foundation for the overall spatial ar- rangement of respective industries in accordance with distinctive spatial development types and for the formula- tion of policies in regional development.
