In order to inspire students who opt from English to Japanese, teachers need to make full use of non-intelligence factors. Students＇ curiosity should be protected. Their fear for failure should be abolished. Great attention should be paid to students＇ feeling being accepted, being respected. Teachers should try to satisfy stu- dent needs to express themselves.
