三江平原地区是黑龙江省优质非转基因大豆的主要产地,但随着不断的开发利用,三江平原地区湿地生态环境不断恶化。如何利用市场机制诱导资源合理分配,保护减少的湿地资源日益紧迫。通过生态效益的补偿方法,能够有效协调湿地资源,对于保护农业生产的大环境,保障大豆生产具有重要作用。本文探讨了三江平原湿地生态补偿保护政策及其对大豆生产的影响,以期为黑龙江省大豆生产的可持续发展提供参考。

Sanjiang plain is the main production area of soybean in Heilongjiang, but years of reclamation had severely damaged its wetland resource. How to use the market mechanism to induce a rational allocation of resources,and protect the wetland became increasingly urgent. The compensation for ecological benefit can effectively balance the wetland resource stakeholders and protect the wetland resources. In this paper, we discussed the ecological compensation in Sanjiang plain wetland and its effect on soybean production to further promote the sustainable development of soybean production in the area.
