摘要
[目的]开展东北红豆杉扦插繁育试验,为实现其人工栽培提供技术支持。[方法]以清水处理为对照,研究IBA对东北红豆杉嫩枝扦插生根的影响。[结果]经过IBA处理的插穗生根效果均高于对照,其中以IBA浓度为150 mg/L处理16h效果最好,生根率达到72%,生根效果指数为2.245。[结论]在吲哚丁酸作用下,东北红豆杉生根率明显改善。采用生根效果指数指标能综合反映扦插苗的质量。
[ Objective ] Cutting breeding test of Taxus cuspidata was carried out to provide technical support for its artificial cultivation. [ Meth- od]The impact of IBA on rooting of softwood cuttings of Taxus cuspidate was studied in contrast with water treatment. [Result] Rooting effect of IBA was much higher than control, that the effect of 150 mg/L IBA for 16 h was the best with 72% of rooting rate, 8.32 roots averagely and 2.245 rooting index. [ Conclusion ] Rooting rate of Taxus cuspidata was obviously improved under the action of IBA. The rooting effect index index can synthetically reflect the quality of the cutting seedlings.
