摘要
[目的]提取新疆伊犁地区主栽薰衣草品种精油,并分析其理化性质。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法从伊犁地区主栽薰衣草7426-2花穗中提取精油,按照ISO3515:2002薰衣草精油标准方法测定精油的物理指标和主要组分。[结果]分析表明,该薰衣草精油为微黄色液体,具有天然的薰衣草花香,其物理指标符合标准要求。采用GC-MS法共鉴定出41种组分,其中芳樟醇含量略低于标准,其他特征组分均符合标准要求。[结论]试验可为促进新疆薰衣草研究与开发利用提供科学依据。
[ Objective ] To extract essential oil of Lavandula angustifolia in Yili, Xinjiang and analyze the physical and chemical properties. [ Method ] Using steam distillation method, essential oil was extracted from L. angustifolia 7426-2 flower spike in Yili, according to ISO3515: 2002 standard method, the physical indexes and main components of essential oil were determined. [ Result] The results showed that the essential oil is slightly yellow liquid wilh natural L. angustifolia fragrance, the physical indexes accords with criteria requirements. By using GC-MS method, 41 components were identified, among which linalool content is lower than standard. [ Conclusion] The experiment can provide scientific ba- sis for research, development and utilization of XinjiangL. angustifolia.
