摘要
对生物技术在再造烟叶原料及生产加工工艺过程中的研究与应用进行了综述。生物技术可以对烟草中大分子化合物进行有效降解和转化,提高再造烟叶内在品质,同时降低卷烟的危害,具有广阔的开发和应用前景。
The research and application of biotechnology in raw material treatment and production process of reconstituted tobacco were re- viewed. The biotechnology has advantages in degradation and conversion of macromolecular compound of tobacco, which not only can improve the quality of reconstituted tobacco, but also can decrease the potential harm of reconstituted tobacco.
