摘要
对我国财经类院校法学专业实践性教学的定位进行分析,提出系统改革法学教学方法,以符合法学教学发展规律,这是未来中国法学教育的发展方向。对包括案例教学、模拟法庭教学、教学实习和诊所教学的实践性教学体系的构建提出建设性意见,指出各种实践教学方法应相互补充,相互配合,形成体系。
Elaborate position of practical teaching system for law specialty in finance and economics colleges. The teaching methods need to be re- formed systematically conforming to the legal teaching development direction. Presents suggestions on constructing practical teaching sys- tem including case teaching, moot court teaching, practice teaching and clinic teaching.
