Reason Analysis and Countermeasures of Carbon and Materials Leakage of the Activated Carbon Filter

活性炭过滤器在生产流程中是对物料进行过滤、脱色的重点设备之一,是进行下游物料重结晶的核心设备。由于滤布属于进口备件,存在备件贵重、采购周期长等问题。故此对设备的反复漏碳、漏酸进行综合性分析,提出具有针对性的技术措施,最终使频繁更换滤布造成的经济损失减到最低,保证生产的持续、稳定运行。

Activated carbon filter is one of key equipments of decolorizing and filtering materials in the production process, and it is also the core equipment of recrystaUizing downstream materials. Because the filter cloth is imported parts, it thas high price and long purchasing cycle. In this paper, comprehensive analysis on repeated carbon and acid leakage of the equipm, ent wa＇s carried out. The corresponding technical measures were proposed and the problems were solved effectively, which can minimize the economic loss caused by frequent replacement of filter cloth, and ensure the sustained and stable production operation.
