摘要 积极情绪作为积极心理学研究的一个核心,到目前为止已经出现了不少有价值的研究成果。本文就国内对积极情绪的概念、神经生理机制、影响因素和功能,以及积极情绪培养策略等问题的研究进行了回顾和总结。并在此基础上,指出了积极情绪研究领域存在的一些问题和展望。 Positive emotions as a core of positive psy-chology research, and until now there have been a lot of valuable research results. In this paper, the concept, domestic neural physiological mechanism, influencing factors and function, and the training strategies for the positive emotion is reviewed and summarized. And on this basis, some problems and its foreground in positive emotion research fields are pointed out.
