四川甘蔗杂交育种若干问题的探讨

Discussion on Certain Problems about Sugarcane Cross-breeding in Sichuan Province

本文对我所36年甘蔗杂交育种的若干问题进行了分析。在总结选育种成绩的基础上,重点探讨了:(1)杂交亲本含不同“种”血缘代数的选择;(2)杂交组合不同“种”血缘成分的确定;(3)杂交组合的使用年限;(4)最佳组合类型的筛选;(5)扩大选种的基础材料的途径;(6)“前四后三”快速育种法等问题。在归纳四川甘蔗选育种基本经验的同时,对今后甘蔗选育种工作提出了建议。

Certain problems,within 36 years,about cane cross-breeding in Sugar and Sugar-yielding Plants Industry Research Institute are analysed in this artical.Basis on the succes of breeding and selection,discussions are emphasized as follows: 1.Selection of generations of cross parents containing different species consanquinity. 2.Determination of cross combinations of different species consanqui- nity composition. 3.Application times for cross combinations. 4.Screens for optimum combination forms. 5.The way to expend the selecting foundational materials. 6.‘4 and 3’years speedy breeding method. Meanwhile,in this artical,suggestions are given for the future on cane breeding and selection.
