摘要
对复合材料的疲劳性能进行了研究,通过对典型复合材料疲劳性能的测试及试验结果进行分析和讨论,得到结论(:1)该复合材料疲劳寿命的分散性较大,尤其在较低寿命区,故个别点的疲劳寿命无法满足90%置信度的中值寿命;(2)从疲劳试验过程的观察可发现,试样表面出现分层后,还有较长的一段寿命期;(3)通过疲劳试验结果得到±45°铺贴的复合材料条件疲劳极限σr=91.656MPa。
Fatigue properties of composites are studied, the typical composites fatigue performance is tested and test results are analyzed and discussed, conclu- sion is obtained: (l)the dispersivity of the fatigue life of composite materials is larger, especially in the low life expectancy, so the fatigue life of individual points cannot meet the 90% confidence level of the value of lifb; (2)ob- servation from fatigue test process finds when the sample surface appears layer, it still has a long life period; (3) through the fatigue test results of plus or minus 45° brick composites thtigue limit condition is σr= 91.656MPa.
