摘要
为深入了解某新型高温固化碳纤维增强环氧树脂基预浸料的固化行为,采用唯象模型,借助动态差式扫描量热(DSC)测试手段,系统研究了预浸料的固化反应特征参数、固化度变化等因素,同时建立了该预浸料树脂的固化动力学方程,并根据研究结果确定了该体系树脂的表观特征固化温度,为该预浸料复合材料固化工艺的选择和优化提供了理论依据和基础数据。
To understand the curing behavior of a new kind of high temperature curing carbon fiber rein tbrced epoxy prepreg in depth, differential scanning calo- rimetry (DSC) is carried out to make a systematic research on the characteristic parameter and cure degree of the cur- ing action, and the cure kinetic equation is obtained by ap- plying a phenomenological model. Through the research, the apparent characteristic curing temperature of the resin system is acquired, which provides theoretical foundation and basic data for determination and optimization of the curing process of the prepreg.
