摘要
为了研究不同转速比对对转压气机最先失速级的影响,就对转压气机在不同转速比下的全工况特性进行了数值模拟,并分析了近失速点两排反转转子(转子1和转子2)内的流场。结果表明:转速比变化不影响该压气机失速的初始扰动类型,即在不同转速比下该压气机中出现的失速初始扰动均为突尖波型;当转速比R2∶R1≥0.9时,由于转子2叶片气动负荷较重,间隙泄漏流的强度较大,转子2更早进入失速工况;而当转速比R2∶R1<0.9时,转子1先于转子2进入失速工况。
Effect of rotating speed ratio on the first rotating stall stage of a Contra-Rotating Axial Compressor(CRAC) which consists of two counter-rotating rotors is investigated numerically. Results obtained indicate that the rotating speed ratio has little impact on the type of stall inception of contra-rotating compressor, and there exists 'spike' type stall inception in this CRAC near stall point. Under the condition of rotating speed ratio R2 :R1 ≥ 0.9, the blade loading of ROT2 is more heavy than that of ROT1, the intensity of the tip leakage is also much more bigger than that of ROT1, the ROT2 is the first rotating stall stage; on the contrary, ROT1 will be the first stall stage.
