摘要
目的 :观察血管性痴呆 (VD)大鼠海马及齿状回核酸的变化。方法 :采用改良的PuIsinelli 4 血管阻断 (4 -VO)方法建立大鼠血管性痴呆模型 ,用吖啶橙染色法观察血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA1区、CA3 区及齿状回核酸变化情况。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA1区、CA3 区及齿状回的核酸吖啶橙染色后的荧光强度 (反映DNA和RNA含量 )明显减弱。结论 :血管性痴呆可导致大鼠海马CA1区、CA3
Objective:The changes of the nucleic acid in hippocampus and dentate gyrus of vascular dementia rats was observed.Methods:Modified Pulsinelli's 4 vessel occluaion(4 VO)method was used to establish the models of vascular dementia model.The acridine orange(AO)method was carried out to study the changes of nucleic acid in hippocampus and dentate gyrus of vascular dementia rats.Results:The fluorescent intensity of the nucleic acid in hippocampus CA 1 and CA 3 areas and dentate gyrus of vascular dementia rats is abated wicth compared with the normal control group.Conclusion:It is showed that vascular dementia caused the injury on the nucleic acid in hippocampus CA 1 and CA 3 areas and dentate gyrus of vascular dementia rats.
