摘要
以花生品种"阜花12"为供试材料,选取正茬和连作3年2个处理,分析了花生在连作条件下防御酶系活性以及膜脂过氧化产物含量的变化规律。结果表明:花生连作后,叶片的SOD活性和MDA含量在整个生育期内均高于正茬;叶片的PPO和POD活性在整个生育期内总体上呈现升高趋势,但在苗期时连作3年的酶活性小于正茬的花生处理;叶片的CAT活性在整个生育期内总体上呈现下降趋势,仅在成熟期时连作3年的酶活性大于正茬;叶片的PAL活性在整个生育期内变化规律不一致,苗期和花针期时,连作3年的酶活性大于正茬,结荚期和成熟期时,连作3年的酶活性小于正茬。连作改变了花生叶片防御酶活性和MDA含量。
Arachis hypogaea L. cv Fuhua 12 was used to investigate the dynamics of defense enzyme ac- tivity and membrane lipid peroxidation under different planting years through selecting the two treatments of 1-year continuous cropping and 3-year continuous cropping. The results showed that leaf SOD activity and MDA content of peanut under 3-year continuous cropping were higher than under 1-year continuous cropping in the whole growth period. Leaf PPO and POD activity generally increased in the whole growth period, but leaf activity under 3-year continuous cropping was lower than under 1-year continuous crop- ping in seedling stage. Leaf CAT activity generally decreased in the whole growth period, but leaf activity under 3-year continuous cropping was higher than under 1-year continuous cropping in maturing stage. Leaf PAL activity dynamics was not consistent, and activity under 3-year continuous cropping was higher than under 1-year continuous cropping in seedling and blossom stages and lower than the other in pot-set- ting and maturing stages. Continuous cropping changed the defense enzyme activity and MDA content peanut leaves.
