摘要
试验研究了小刺猴头菌丝体多糖的结构性质、抗氧化活性和抗肿瘤活性。对小刺猴头菌丝体采用水提和碱提2种方法获得粗多糖,进行DEAE-cellulose,SephadexG-75和Sepharose CL-6B柱层析进一步纯化,获得的多糖组分经纯度检验之后进行多糖性质的研究。结果表明:小刺猴头菌丝体水提多糖主要含有葡萄糖和甘露糖;碱提多糖主要含有葡萄糖和半乳糖;小刺猴头菌丝体多糖具有一定的抗氧化活性和抗肿瘤活性。
Polysaccharides for the mycelium of Hericium caput-medusae were studied on the structural properties, antioxidant activity and anti-tumor activity. Polysaccharides for the mycelium of Hericium ca- put-medusae were extracted by water extraction and alkali extraction. The coarse polysaccharides were pu- rified by DEAE-cellulose, Sephadex G75 and Sepharose CL-6B gel column chromatography methods. The pure polysaccharide was studied on properties after the purity test. The results showed that water extraction polysaccharides for the mycelium of Hericium caput-medusae mainly contained glucose and mannose; alka- li extraction polysaccharides mainly contained glucose and galactose. Polysaccharides for the mycelium of Hericium caput-medusae have certain antioxidant activity and antitumor activity.
