摘要
基于环形套筒窑的结构特点,提出了集煤粉分相燃烧、无焰燃烧、废气循环、烟气喷射技术于一体的燃煤环形套筒窑的清洁燃烧方案。重点阐述了燃煤环形套筒窑的燃烧室结构特点、煤粉燃烧特性及分相燃烧技术的控制。通过对比燃煤环形套筒窑与燃气环形套筒窑的无焰燃烧条件,提出实现燃煤环形套筒窑无焰燃烧的工艺结构调整途径,并首次在国内煤化工项目上实施应用,成功将煤粉燃烧系统引入环形套筒窑,使之成为节能、低NO x、低SO2排放的煤粉清洁燃烧装备,进一步拓展了环形套筒窑在石灰行业的应用。
Based on the structure features of ASK ( annular shaft kiln), provide the conceptual design for coal-fired ASK, which integrates phase splitting combustion, flameless combustion, exhaust gas recycling and flue gas injection into ASK process. Highlight the combustion chamber structure, coal combustion characteristics and phase splitting combustion control in coal-fired ASK. Through comparing the flameless combustion conditions of coal combustion and gas combustion in ASK, propose the adjustments of structure and process route. The conceptual design is first carried out in coal chemical industry and successfully introduce the coal combustion system to ASK. The clean coal combustion on ASK extends the application of ASK, owing to energy saving and lower NOx and SO2 emission.
