摘要
两年研究结果表明:把适量的脲酶抑制剂混入当造甘蔗所用尿素内作基肥或于齐苗前全量一次施下的技术,比同量尿素按常规分次施用的技术(不混脲酶抑制剂),平均亩增产原料蔗493kg(n=102),增产率7.5%,达到统计显著标准。试验还表明:拌入脲酶抑制剂能提高甘蔗对尿素氮的吸收利用率9.1%,从而可节省尿素亩施用量约20%;减少尿素分次追肥2至3人工。穴植试验调查和统计结果还表明:此项技术,从甘蔗拔节开始,即能均匀促进蔗茎粗、节间长、株高的作用。脲酶抑制剂的适宜拌入量为尿素量的2%(旱地)至3%(水田)。施用期宜早,一般作基肥或在甘蔗苗期施用,但要确保深施和厚覆土。
The result of two year(1989 and 1990)studies showed that the techni- que of incorporating suitabale quantity of urease inhibitor preparation in the total dose of urea with one application to sugarcane before planting or full emergence of seedling can increase cane yield by average of 493 kg/mu(n= 102),namely,increased by 7.5%,which reached significant level of statistics,as compared with the technique of split application of urea alone at same dose.The experiments also showed that urea-N utilization efficiency by cane was increased by 9.1% due to incorporating with this preparation, thus the dose of urea can be saved by about 20%,and it may be reduced by 2 to 3 labour days per mu in manual application.The result of pit planting experiment and statistical test also showed that this technique had an uni- formal effect on promoting cane stalk thicker,plant length longer and the internode more elongating from the outset of elongation stage.The suitable rate of incorporating this preparation corresponded to 2%(on dry farmland) or 3%(on paddy field)of urea dose used.usedlt is suitablbe to apply early, in general,as basal-dressing before planting or at seedling stage,and it has to adopt deep placement and thick covering with soil.
