摘要
目的探讨人端粒酶逆转录酶(human telomerase reverse transcriptase,hTERT)、hTERT mRNA和增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)在初发型进展期翼状胬肉发病机制中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测22例翼状胬肉、8例正常结膜组织中hTERT和PCNA的表达,用原位杂交染色法检测2组hTERT mRNA的表达。结果 hTERT、hTERT mRNA和PCNA在翼状胬肉中的阳性表达显著高于正常结膜(P<0.05)。hTERT与hTERT mRNA,hTERT、hTERT mRNA与PCNA表达均呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉的发生发展与hTERT、hTERT mRNA和PCNA的异常表达有关,两者的协同表达,促进了细胞的增生,参与了翼状胬肉的发病机制。
Objective ( hTERT), hTERT mRNA and advanced pterygium. Methods To investigate the role of human telomerase reverse transcriptase proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the pathogenesis of primary The expressions of hTERT and PCNA were measured in 22 patients with pterygium and 8 normal conjunctival specimens by immunohistochemical staining, and the hTERT mRNA was measured by in situ hybridization staining. Results The expressions of hTERT, hTERT mRNA and PCNA were significantly higher in the primary advanced pterygium than those in normal conjunctiva (P 〈 0.05 ). There were significant positive correlation among the expression of hTERT, hTERTmRNA and PCNA in pterygium (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The abnormal expressions of hTERT, hTERT mRNA and PCNA may be involved in the pathogenesis of pterygium, which may result in the formation and the development of pterygium cooperatively with the abnormal cellular proliferation.
