荧光血管造影在烟雾病搭桥手术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨吲哚菁绿行荧光血管造影(indocyanime green angiography,ICGA)在烟雾病搭桥手术中的应用,提高手术成功率。方法回顾性分析2009年3月—2012年7月行颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉搭桥手术的24例烟雾病患者的临床资料。术中均行ICGA检查。结果 ICGA发现吻合口狭窄3例,根据造影结果对吻合口进行调整,术后通过复查CT血管造影或数字减影血管造影均显示吻合血管通畅。结论 ICGA可以及时有效地判断吻合血管通畅与否,指导手术医师术中进行调整。
