摘要
本文进行了Mg(OH)2作为废纸脱墨浆过氧化氢漂白碱源的实验研究,探讨了以废纸脱墨浆为原料,Mg(OH)2部分或全部取代NaOH对H2O2漂白的影响。研究结果表明,Mg(OH)2的取代率在10%-75%时,漂后浆料的白度较Mg(OH)2零取代率时的白度高;Mg(OH)2部分或全部取代NaOH进行H2O2漂白,残余H2O2增加,返黄值下降,COD负荷降低;Mg(OH)2全部取代NaOH后,纸张的抗张指数和撕裂指数稍有降低,耐破指数基本不变。
Bleaching of deinked pulp with hydrogen peroxide using Mg(OH)2 as the alkali source was investigated in this paper. When the substitution of Mg(OH)2 for 10%-75% NaOH results in the increase of pulp brightness. The brightness reversion and COD load can be decreased by using Mg(OH)2 as a substitute for NaOH. The total substitution of NaOH with Mg(OH)2 results in slightly decrease of the tensile index and tearing index as well as constant burst index.
