通过东南亚某制浆厂项目浅析现代制浆技术的发展

摘要 本文介绍了东南亚某制浆厂项目的制浆流程,简单剖析了蒸煮和漂白过程中采用的现代制浆技术。无元素氯漂白,尤其是高温二氧化氯漂白可以有效的提高漂白效率,降低对环境的污染,使得现代制浆工业摆脱了污染大户的帽子,成为环境友好型企业。 The paper introduced the pulping process of a pulp mill in Southeast Asia, described the modem technology of the cooking and bleaching. The ECF bleaching, especially the high temperature chlorine dioxide bleaching can highly increase the bleaching efficiency and reduce the pollution. The modem pulp industry is environmentfriendly, and not the major pollution resource any more.
