河南某县疫苗接种率和接种信息记录情况调查

目的了解河南省某县免疫规划疫苗接种率和接种信息的相符情况。方法采用世界卫生组织（WHO）推荐的标准组群抽样法（PPS）随机抽取30个村，应用描述流行病学方法分析接种率和接种证、接种卡和儿童预防接种信息管理系统上的接种信息相符情况。结果卡介苗，乙肝疫苗第1剂、第2剂、第3剂，脊灰疫苗第1剂、第2剂、第3剂，百白破疫苗第1剂、第2剂、第3剂、第4剂，流脑疫苗第1剂、第2剂，含麻疹成份疫苗第1剂、第2剂，乙脑疫苗第1剂，甲肝疫苗的调查接种率为87．1％-98．1％，合格接种率为84．8％～97．6％，及时接种率为47．6％-91．9％，调查的全部疫苗的合格接种率为72．4％，接种证、接种卡与儿童预防接种信息系统接种信息相符率为45．9％。结论某县部分免疫规划疫苗接种率低，接种信息相符情况较差，应加强免疫规划工作规范化管理，加强免疫规划知识的健康教育，提高群众参与的积极性。

Objective To know the immunization coverage rate and consistency of vaccination records on differ- ent carriers of EPI vaccines. Methods Probability Proportion to Size （PPS） sampling was conducted by selec- ting 30 villages. Descriptive epidemiology method was conducted to analyse the vaccination rate and consisten- cy of inoculation records. Results The immunization coverage rate of BCG, Hepl, Hep2, Hep3, OPV1, OPV2, OPV3, DPT1, DPT2, DPT3, DPT4, MenA1, MenA2, MV1 （or MR/MMR）, MV2 （or MR/ MMR） , JE, HepA was 84.8% -97.6% , respectively. The timely vaccination rate of the vaccines investiga- ted was 47.6% -91.9%, respectively. The entire vaccination rate was 72.4%. The consistency rate of inoc- ulation records was 45.9%. Conclusions Both the immunization vaccination rate and the consistency rate of vaccination records on different carriers in the county was low. The management of EPI should be strengthened strongly in the county, and the publicity on EPI should be enhanced to improved public initiatives in vaccina- tion.
