Analysis on epidemic characteristics of cases with hand- foot- mouth diseases of Tangshan in 2011

摘要 目的分析2011年唐山市手足口病流行病学特征和病原学分类,以便更好地防控手足口病的发生。方法利用法定传染病报告系统报告数据,采用病例个案调查和现场调查分析手足口病的流行病学特征。结果2011年我市共报告手足口病例9379例,报告发病率为123.8/10万,比去年上升了47.8%。病例中68.10%为散居儿童。我市所有县区均有病例报道,农村与城市发病率相差不大。根据法定传染病报告系统提供的数据,重症病例为96例,占总病例的1.02%。其中86例经实验室病毒检测为阳性,54例是EV71、13例是CoxA16、19例是其他肠道病毒。与2010年相比,手足口病的发病率总体呈上升趋势,4~8月是高发季节。发病年龄大多在0~5岁之间。结论EV71感染导致重症的比例远远高于CoxA16和其他肠道病毒(P〈0.05)。因此应该特别关注EV71感染的病例,有效防控手足口病。 Objective We analyzed the epidemic characteristics and etiological classification of cases with hand -foot- mouth diseases (HFMD) in Tangshan in 2011 to control hand -foot -mouth disease effectively. Methods We analyzed the data of epidemic characteristics of cases with HFMD in Tangshan in 2011 offered by notifiable communicable disease reporting system, including cases and on -site investigation. Results Totally 9379 cases of HFMD were reported in 2011. The reported incidence was 123.8/100,000, increas- ing by 47.8% compared with last year. Most cases were scattered inhabiting children, occupying 68.10%. All districts and counties had reported HFMD cases; the incidence of urban area was almost equal to that of counties. Based on the epidemic report, there were 96 cases with severe HFMD, accounting for 1.02% in the whole. Furthermore, 86 cases with severe HFMD were diagnosed in laboratory, among which 54cases were EV71, 13 cases were CoxA 16, 19 cases were other enterovirus . Conclusions The incidence of HFMD showed upward tendency in general. The period from 4 - 8 months were the peak season when HFMD had more incidence. In addition, the cases with severe HFMD were most in the age of 0 -5. Furthermore, the incidence of EVT1 was obviously higher than that of other enterovirus in cases with severe HFMD. For this rea- son we must pay more attention to EV71 infection in future, so as to prevent and control the prevalence and outbreak of HFMD effectively.
