端侧神经吻合侧支发芽辣根过氧化物酶逆行标记实验 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究耳大神经构成及端侧神经吻合口再生轴突的来源。方法利用兔耳大神经端侧吻合模型,以辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP)逆行示踪技术观察供神经轴突长入受神经的过程、神经元细胞标记特点和计量分析。结果兔耳大神经主要来源于 C2、 C3背根神经节的纤维,以 C2为主,第 6周开始,在供神经背根节内出现阳性细胞,受神经侧一直未出现,被标记细胞分大、中、小三型,以小型细胞标记的最多。结论兔耳大神经端侧吻合后,供神经轴突能发出侧支,跨越吻合口长入受神经。 Objective To study construction of the rabbit greater auricular nerve and origin of regenerating axon after end- to- site neurorrhaphy.Methods The model of the rabbit greater auricular nerve end- to- sid anastomosis was utilized,horseradish peroxidase(HRP) labeled neurons was used to observe the process of donor nerve axon entered receptor nerve,the characteristics of neuron cells and metrology analysis.Results The main rabbit greater auricular nerve came from DRG,from C2 to C3,expecially from C2,HRP labeled neurons were found in donor nerve DRG from the sixth week of neurorrhaphy,but there were no marked cells in the receptor nerve,these marked cells were divided into three sizes:larger,medium and small;and the small- sized neurons were always in dominant position during nerve regeneration.Conclusion The donor nerve axon was able to goacross the nerve gap to enter receptor nerve,after the rabbit greater auricular nerve end- to- side anastomosis.
