异种(猪)脱细胞真皮与自体薄皮片联合移植的初步应用

The application of meshed acellular dermis xenograft(pigskin) with thin slice skin autograft

目的寻找在深度烧伤的治疗中一种较理想的创面覆盖物。方法应用 50kg左右健康小白猪的皮肤，制成 0.4mm厚度的细网状脱细胞真皮，移植于烧伤切痂后或烧伤瘢痕切除后的创面上，手术当天或 1周后在脱细胞真皮表面移植自体薄皮片。结果 15例中 14例成活良好。随访 3个月～ 1年，移植处皮肤生长良好，手及关节部位功能恢复良好。结论异种（猪）脱细胞真皮与自体薄皮片联合移植是深度烧伤切痂及烧伤瘢痕切除术后创面修复的良好方法之一。

Objective An effective and perfect coverage,which can made small wounded surface, well wound healing for full thickness skin burns was presented.Method Freshly harvested pigskin, weigh 50 kg,was made reticular acellular dermis(0.4mm thickness).It was implanted in wounded surface after cutting scar. Split－ thickness skin autograft (0.20～ 0.25mm) was implanted in acellular dermis surface in operation or a week after operation, the patients were routine treated and nursed. Result 15 patients were clinically applied from 1998 to 1999, 14 patients survived favorably.All patients were followed up from 3 months to 1 year, the skingraft growed well, the texture is soft, the wounded surface shrinks little, the scar is thin, the function of hand and joint recovered well. Conclusion The combination of meshed acellular dermis xenograft and split thickness skin autograft demonstrated an ideal way for the coverage of full thickness skin burn.
