摘要
随着医疗改革的不断深入以及医疗市场的逐渐多元化,精细化管理已经成为现代医院管理的必然趋势。医院精细化管理的实现离不开信息化手段的支持,作为一种实现医院精细化管理的信息化解决方案,我院上线实施了医院精细化质量管理平台项目。本文结合我院精细化质量管理平台的实施经验,介绍了精细化质量管理平台的主要建设内容,包括精细化质量管理指标体系、信息化基础支撑体系和精细化质量管理应用等;探讨了精细化质量管理平台实施过程中的若干关键问题,包括相关科室的协调、精细化质量管理指标体系梳理、数据采集、精细化质量管理平台客户端的部署等。以期能为业内其他医院提供一些经验。
With the continuously deepening of medical reform and gradually diversification of medical market, the refined manage- ment has become an inevitable trend of the modern hospital management. The implementation of hospital refined management cannot contin- ue without the support of information technology. As an informatization solution to realize hospital refined management, we implemented the refined quality management platform in our hospital. Combined with the implementation experience of refined quality management platform in our hospital, this paper introduced the main construction content of the platform, including refined quality management index system, basic supporting information system and application of refined quality management and so on, mainly discussed the key problems in the process of the implementation of the refined quality management platform, including the related department coordination, analysis of refined quality management index system, data acquisition and client deployment of the platform. After all, we expect to provide experience for oth- er hospitals in this area.
