关于手术病人无菌切口分类统计的探讨

针对抗菌药物的滥用情况愈加严重,卫生部将Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防用药作为专项整治的重点。在此项工作中需要掌握手术Ⅰ类切口的用药率、感染率等指标。文章提出信息统计部门必须准确地提取Ⅰ类切口数据,认识Ⅰ类切口数据的定义和范围。但是,现有Ⅰ类切口的统计标准已不能满足当今手术种类多样化而带来的切口分类问题。为了保障统计的准确性,文章建议管理部门必须重视分类的标准的更新,对于新技术手术的切口分类提供指导。有利于数据的准确和真实。

According to the abuse of antibiotics seriously, Ministry of Health takes perioperative prophylaxis medicine for I class incision surgery as a special important program. During the work, we need to master the indicators including medical treatment rates, infection rates and other indicators. This paper indicates that information statistic department has to get I class incision data accurately and know the definition and scope of that. However, the existed I class incision statistical standards cannot satisfy the need of statistics because of diversification of operation. In order to ensure the accuracy of the statistics, the paper suggested that management department must pay attention to updating the classification criteria and providing guidance for surgical incision classification of new technologies, which is useful to the accuracy and truth of data.
