宫内节育器在磁共振检查中的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究节育器在3T磁共振系统下是否存在安全隐患;以此探讨体内有节育器的妇女在磁共振检查中的可行性。方法将7个不同形状、不同材质的节育器,埋入3%的琼脂糖凝胶中,测试节育器在3T磁共振检查系统中,其是否会发生偏移、扭曲、温度变化、伪影等不良后果。结果带铜及记忆合金节育器无移位、无扭曲、轻度伪影、温度变化不明显。不锈钢型节育器偏移角度很大、伪影很大、温度变化不明显。结论带铜及记忆合金节育器做磁共振检查是安全的,即使做盆腔部位扫描也是可行的。不锈钢型节育器做盆腔时伪影很大,对诊断有一定影响,携带此型节育器不宜行盆腔扫描。 Objective To study whether there are any poterttial safety hazards of intrauterine device (IUD) in the inspection of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and investigate the feasibility of MRI inspection among women with intrauterine device. Methods Seven I- UDs which have different shapes and materials were imbed into agaropectin of 3% concentration, then 3T MRI inspection system is adopted to test whether there are negative effects such as displacement, distortion, temperature changing or artifact. Results There are no displace- ment, distortion and mild artifact and temperature changing in IUDs which be made by copper or memory alloy. Stainless steel IUD will have obvious displacement and big artifact but without obvious temperature changing. Conclusions IUDs made of copper or memory alloy are safe for MRI inspection even pelvic scanning is feasible. Stainless steel IUDs are not fit for pelvic cavity MRI inspection as its obvious artifact while conduct pelvic scmming which will affect the diagnosis results.
