Establishment of syndromic surveillance system for the 24th world university winter games and its running analysis

摘要 目的建立冬季大型赛事疾病控制保障模式,以实现传染病发病早期预警,为重大活动期间有效控制传染病的发生与蔓延积累经验。方法在主赛区和赛事接待单位设立疾病预防控制工作点和医疗点,由经过培训的驻会医务工作人员对参会者开展传染病症状监测工作,监测症状包括发热、咳嗽、皮疹、黄疸、腹泻等典型症状。各个监测点将每日监测结果汇报到指挥部,由专家组对监测结果进行传染病风险评估。结果哈尔滨市6个驻会疾病预防控制工作点、37个驻会医疗点,共监测涉会人员156 972人次,发现具有发热、咳嗽、腹泻、皮疹等相关监测症状164例。经临床诊断上呼吸道感染112例,急性胃肠炎35例,胃肠功能紊乱7例,急性扁桃体炎3例,过敏性皮炎2例,肺炎1例,胃肠感冒1例,阑尾炎1例,荨麻疹1例,脑震荡1例,无疑似传染病病例。经连续追踪观察,病例全部痊愈。结论赛事期间全市疫情平稳,参赛人员未发生传染病疫情,症状监测系统充分发挥了作用。 Objective To establish a disease control security model for large - scale winter Games, in order to realize the early warning of infectious diseases, to effectively control the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases during the large - scale activities and to gain experience. Methods Disease prevention and control points and the medical points were set up in the main stadium and the event relevant units, trained medical staff carried out monitoring of infectious disease symptoms to the people who associated with the activity , monitoring symptoms include fever, cough, rash, jaundice, diar- rhea and other typical symptoms. Each monitoring point reported daily monitoring results to headquarters, and then the ex- pert group carried out risk assessment according to monitoring data. Results There were six disease prevention and control points and thirty -seven medical points in Harbin, monitored 156 972 person -time, target population had a fever, cough, diarrhea, skin rash and other symptoms of a total of 164 people. The clinical diagnosis as follows: 112 people suffered from respiratory tract infections,35 people suffered from acute gastroenteritis, 7 people suffered from gastrointestinal disorders, 3 people suffered from acute tonsillitis, 2 people suffered from atopic dermatitis, 1 person suffered from pneumonia, 1 person suffered from stomach flu, 1 person suffered from appendicitis, ! person suffered from urticaria, 1 person suffered from con- cussion, and there was no suspected case of infectious diseases. After continuous follow - up observation, 'all patients recovered. Conclusion There wasn' t infectious disease outbreaks in Harbin during the 24th world university winter games, the syndromic monitoring system had been established and run in smooth way it played active role in prevention and treatment of the illnesses.
