某公司硫磺制酸建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Control effect of occupational hazards in the construction project of sulphur- buring sulphuric acid

目的识别、分析某公司硫磺制酸建设项目职业病危害因素，并进行控制效果评价。方法通过现场调查、检查表法、现场检测检验法进行定性和定量评价。结果本项目的选址与总体布置、生产工艺及设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病防护设施、个人防护用品、职业卫生管理、卫生辅助用室等均符合国家标准要求。本项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有硫磺（液体）、硫酸、三氧化硫、二氧化硫、氢氧化钠、亚硫酸氢钠、高温、噪声；硫酸时间加权平均浓度为〈0．13-0．15mg／m3，短时间接触浓度为〈0．13—0．67mg／m3，二氧化硫时间加权平均浓度为〈0．6mg／m3，短时间接触浓度为〈0．6mg／m3。职业病危害因素检测结果全部符合国家职业接触限值。结论本建设项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目，其职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。

Objective To identify, analyze the risk factors in the construction project for sulphur - buring sulphuric acid in the company, and evaluate the control effect. Methods The methods of field investigation, checklist and detection were carried out. Results The items including the selection of site, the arrangement and layout of the facilities, occupational dis- ease prevention and protection measures, individual preventive articles, the arrangement of occupational health and the facili- ties of auxiliary rooms accorded with the requirements of national regulations. The main occupational risk factors were sul- phur（ liquid）, sulphuric acid, trioxide, sulfur dioxide, sodium hydroxide, sodium bisulfite, heat and noise; Time weighted average concentration of sulphuric acid was 〈 0. 13 - 0. 15 mg/m3 , short - term exposure concentration was 〈 0. 13 - 0. 67 mg/m3 , time weighted average concentration of sulfur dioxide was 〈 0. 6 mg/m3 , concentration of short - term exposure was 〈 0.6 mg/m3. All of the detection results of the occupational factors accord with requirements of national standards. Conclusion The construction project is serious occupational hazard project. From the occupational health analysis, the protective measures are feasible and effective.
