摘要
目的识别、分析与评价某聚酯薄膜有限公司建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,探讨防护对策和管理措施。方法通过收集整理相关资料、现场调研、工程分析和职业病危害识别,采用类比法与综合分析进行职业病危害预评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有生产性粉尘、毒物、噪声、高温、热辐射等。类比检测结果为粉尘、二氧化碳、二氧化氮浓度均符合国家职业卫生标准,氢氧化钠浓度超过国家职业卫生限值标准;后岗牵引、粉碎区2个测定点的噪声声级值超出国家标准;除横拉-热固定、挤出线-熔融巡检岗位外,其余所测巡检岗位的高温WBGT指数均超过国家标准;前岗横拉入口、分切操作台、粉碎区3个场所的照明值为67.2—92.7lx,不符合《建筑照明设计标准》(GB50034—2004)的限值要求。结论该建设项目为职业病危害较重的建设项目。从职业病防治角度分析,该项目的建设可行。
Objective To identify, analyze and access occupational risk factors and hazard degrees for the extension project of mylar (Ⅳ) project, in order to study the preventive measures and management. Methods The methods were carried out including collection of data, field investigation, project analysis and information of occupational health together with u- sing analogy and comprehensive analysis. Results The occupational risk factors that existed in this construction project were bug dust, poisonous substances, noise, high temperature and thermal radiation. The detection results of analogical project showed that the concentrations of bug dust, CO2 and NO2 were consistent with national occupational health standards. Noise intensity was over the national allowable limits in two measuring points of traction area and crush zone. In addition to the inspection posts of horizontal pull - thermal fixing and extrusion line - melting, the WBGT indexes of high temperature exceeded the national allowable limits. The lighting range was 67.2 - 92. 7 lx for the horizontal pull entrance, operation desk of cutting and crush zone, exceeding the requirement of national standards. Conclusion This is a general harmful construction project. From the point of prevention of occupational diseases, the projet is feasible.
