摘要
目的考察ZTC 1+1Ⅱ型天然澄清剂用于夏芩颗粒提取澄清工艺中的澄清效果。方法实验选用ZTC1+1Ⅱ型天然澄清剂对夏芩颗粒水提取液进行纯化,确定澄清剂两组分A与B的加入顺序和两组份的比例关系,并采用正交试验考察澄清剂的加入量,加入时药液浓度、加入时水浴温度等因素的使用条件。结果确定ZTC1+1Ⅱ型天然澄清剂在夏芩颗粒剂水提取液澄清工艺中的最佳使用条件为:先加入B组分后加入A组分,A与B配比为1∶2,A与B的加入量分别为5%和10%,加入时药液浓度为1∶10,水浴温度为60℃。结论在该条件下夏芩颗粒水提取液可达到理想的澄清效果。
Objective To investigate the ZTC 1 ＋ 1Ⅱ type of natural clarifying agent for summer baicalensis extract parti- cles clarification process in clarifying effect. Methods The experiment used ZTC1 ＋ 1 Ⅱ type of natural clarifying agent particles on summer baicalensis water extract was purified clarifying agent to determine two components A and B were added to the order and the ratio between the two components, and using orthogonal design fining agents added amount, when add- ed to liquid concentration, temperature and other factors added to the water bath when the conditions of use. Results The type of natural ZTC1 ＋ 1Ⅱ baicalensis clarifying agent in the summer of extract granules clarification process of the best conditions were as follow： the first component B was added after adding of component A, A and B ratio of 1 ： 2, A and B was added in an amount of 5% and 10% , when added to liquid ratio of 1： 10, the water bath temperature was 60 ℃, Conclusion In this condition, the water in summer baicalensis extract particles achieves the desired effect of clarifying.
