摘要
目的对抗栓胶囊士的宁含量测定方法进行修订。方法流动相为正己烷-二氯甲烷-甲醇-浓氨试液(42.5:42.5:4.4:0.32),流速0.6ml/min,检测波长254nm。结果线性范围为0.0637—0.2974μg,回收率为98.4%,RSD为0.59%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、准确,重复性好,可用于抗栓胶囊的质量控制。
] Objective To revise the assay method of kangshuan capsules. Methods The mobile phase was n - hexane -dichloromethane -methanol - ammonia water(42. 5: 42. 5: 4. 4: 0. 32) at the flow rate of 0. 6 ml/min . The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The calibration curves was linear within the concentration of 0. 063 72 - 0. 297 36μg; The average recovery was 98.4% ( RSD = 0. 59% ,n = 6) . Conclusion The method shows a good operability, accuracy and reproducibility,it can be used to the quality control of kangshuan capsules.
