高效液相色谱法测定抗栓胶囊中士的宁含量

Determination of strychnine in kangshuan capsules by high performance liquid chromatography

目的对抗栓胶囊士的宁含量测定方法进行修订。方法流动相为正己烷-二氯甲烷-甲醇-浓氨试液（42．5：42．5：4．4：0．32），流速0．6ml／min，检测波长254nm。结果线性范围为0．0637—0．2974μg，回收率为98．4％，RSD为0．59％（n=6）。结论该方法操作简便、准确，重复性好，可用于抗栓胶囊的质量控制。

] Objective To revise the assay method of kangshuan capsules. Methods The mobile phase was n - hexane -dichloromethane -methanol - ammonia water（42. 5： 42. 5： 4. 4： 0. 32） at the flow rate of 0. 6 ml/min . The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The calibration curves was linear within the concentration of 0. 063 72 - 0. 297 36μg; The average recovery was 98.4% （ RSD = 0. 59% ,n = 6） . Conclusion The method shows a good operability, accuracy and reproducibility,it can be used to the quality control of kangshuan capsules.
