应用脑电图对静脉全麻病人监测的研究

摘要 目的:应用脑电图(EEG)对静脉全麻病人各期进行监测研究。方法:对19例腹部手术病人分别进行麻醉前、麻醉诱导时、手术中及停药一小时的EEG监测及描记。结果:在麻醉诱导时EEG均可呈现典型的爆发性抑制,似在额叶向全脑抑制。每次等电位持续时间的知短与麻醉深有关。结论:本组静脉复合麻醉药主要作用于大脑皮层,可使得EEG出现典型的爆发性抑制,此改变似以额叶向全脑抑制,我们试图利用等电位持续时间的长短判断麻醉的深度,而普鲁卡因复合液在麻醉中主要起到维持麻醉深度的作用。 Objective: To study application of EEG in different periods of patients with general anesthesia. Methods: The monitoring and records of EEG of 19 patients performed abdominal operation were made respectively before anesthesia,during induced anes-theia, in the operation and at one hour after withdrawal of medication. Results: EEG showed typical fulminant inhibition and time lapse of isoelectric potential seemed related with the depth of anesthesia. No such changes were seen in EEG at one hour after with drawal of mediation. Conclusion: Intravenous compoun anesthetie acts mainly on the cere-bral cortex and it seems that the inhibition spreads from frontal lobe to the whole brain. We tried to judge the depth of anesthesia by the time lapse of isoelectric potential of EEG fulminan, inhibition.
